April is National Volunteer Month
Throughout this month we will recognize our community volunteers. If you know someone or several people that you feel go above and beyond volunteering for the good of our community, please let me know by May 1st by email at mjc@iowatelecom.net or text at 563-608-6633 or contact City Hall at 563-924-2194. On May 2nd at 10am at Common Grounds, I will present the winners with a small gift and thank them for their commitment to our community. Please come and help me thank these incredible individuals and spend the morning in town. We have a lot going on! SIPS Downtown Lamont will be open from 7am to noon. Stop in and have a refreshing healthy drink and see their beautiful building and all they have to offer. The Lamont Public Library will be open from 8am to 11am.
