Join us for the Lamont Block Party on Saturday, August 1st, 2026. Our theme this year is Celebrating 250 Years of Freedom.

1:00 pm – Parade with prizes for the best tractor, most patriotic entry, and best overall entry. Lineup for parade participants starts at noon on Oak Street. Parade route is Washington to Concord to Albert to Bush to Pine to Jackson to Church Streets. Register on line or day of. There will be a registration table by the Methodist Church on the day of the parade. 

2:00 – 6:00 pm – Activities which include bouncy houses, pedal pull for children, duck race in the creek, and other fun things. More information to follow in the coming weeks.

6:00 – 10:00 pm – Live Music with Third Offense

There will be food and beverages for sale throughout the day!
